Over the next three months Sandra Dorado Gómez, a member of the Stellae research group, will conduct a research stay in the research group "Learning with New Media" (Melbourne, Australia). This stay is supported by the Program of Training of University Teachers (FPU) in its call for "Short stays".

Throughout this period, Stellae research group activities will be carried out, specifically in relation to the project "Socio-familial environments, appropriation processes and e-inclusion proposals (CDEPI)" and financed by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (EDU2015-67975-C3-1-P) and by FEDER funds. During these three months the stay will be completed with training sessions in various fields - research methodology for example -; together with attendance at relevant congresses in the field of study.

The stay is directed by Neil Selwyn, professor at the Faculty of Education (Monash University). His work is centered in the place that the digital media occupy in the day to day of children and young people; as well as the sociology of (non) use of technology in educational settings.
