The Fourth Congress A Fenda Dixital (the digital divide) will be held at the Faculty of Education Sciences of Santiago de Compostela on 7, 8 and 9 April 2016. This event, organised by some members of the Research Group Stellae is intended to convert an international meeting space in order to generate debate on the current state of information and communications technology (ICT) in different educational contexts. Specifically, the main objective of the Congress is to analyse the possibilities that ICT can offer to help develop inclusive education processes, to approach the special educational needs (SEN) and to facilitate or promote equality.

To present a paper, those interested should send the title and resume until 10 December and will be confirmed acceptance by the organization before December 20. The delivery of the full text will be on January 20. Prices until March are 45 Euros for teachers and other professionals and 25 Euros for students, unemployed and members of Nova Escola Galega (NEG).
