Professor Jesus Rodriguez, member of the Stellae Group, gave the Sept. 7 the Opening Conference entitled “IARTEM and studies on school textbook and media in education” during the Regional Conference of Latin America IARTEM COLOMBIA 2016, as President of IARTEM.

As stated in the event program (available here), IARTEM COLOMBIA 2016 will bring together a group of researchers and professors to give continuity to the academic and professional discussions related to school textbooks and educational digital media articulated with the different levels of education systems in the region. The key topic aims to facilitate and enable dialogs between researchers from different Latin America countries and other continents to develop other topics and fields of research, compare and share experiences on specific situations in each country and region, and find common items regarding public and research policies and research on school textbook and digital educational media.
