  This book has the contributions (conferences, panels and presentations) of the IARTEM Regional Conference for Latin America:, which took place at the UBA headquarters on September 26, 27 and 28, 2018.

 A co-edition of the Argentine Universities that had the support of the National Council and Scientific and Technological Development (CNPQ) and CAPES, Brazilian agencies for the promotion and evaluation of research, and also the Postgraduate Program in Education. Editorial and financial responsibility rests with the Educational Publications Research Center of the Federal University of Paraná, so the scientific volumes have been cataloged in Brazil.
