PREAL’s Education Research Fund has just issued a callfor proposals for its fourth region-wide education research competition. Thetheme of the competition is «The teacher as a key actor for improvingeducation.» Proposals are expected to help identify policies that improvethe contribution that teachers make to student learning and overall schoolperformance.
The competition will fund up to eight research projectsfor one year, for a maximum of $30,000 each. All application materials must bereceived by October 31,2011. For additional information and guidelines, please see the Call for Proposals: Spanish / Portuguese.
