On October 24 and 25, the congress “Building the Future of Education: A Right for Everyone” was held at the Congress and Exhibition Palace of Santiago de Compostela, organized by the Down Galicia Federation. The event brought together prominent figures from the national educational field, such as Gerardo Echeita, Coral Elizondo, and Antonio Márquez, who shared their reflections and proposals to advance toward a more inclusive and equitable education.

The Stellae research group was represented by Ana Parada Gañete, Pablo Gayo Pérez, and Ana Rodríguez Guimeráns, who attended the meeting. During Saturday’s session, Ana Parada Gañete took part in the panel of experiences “Secondary Education: A Pending Challenge at the Inclusive Level.” Her participation helped highlight the importance of advancing practices and policies that guarantee the right to education for all students without exclusions.

The congress has established itself as a key meeting point for professionals, families, and organizations committed to educational inclusion, offering a broad and up-to-date perspective on the state of education in Galicia and the challenges that still remain to be overcome.
