Over the course of four days, José Pablo Franco López, Pilar Parajó Naveira, Cristina Llinares Francisco, María Dolores Santiso Casal, and Fernando Sueiro Barreiro shared their knowledge, experiences, and reflections on Early Childhood Education for children aged 0 to 3.
The course brought together university students, teachers, and early childhood educators from schools with different types of management, as well as teachers from vocational training programmes in Early Childhood Education. Participants came from different parts of Galicia and even from Catalonia.
An active and participatory methodology was adopted, including debates, video analysis, games, simulations, and other collaborative activities that fostered shared learning. All of this was made possible thanks to the commitment and active participation of everyone involved. Their enthusiasm highlights the need for and relevance of specialised training for the first cycle of Early Childhood Education.
