Members of the Stellae research group participated in the III International Congress of University Guidance (CIOU23), with the title “Calibrating compasses in the face of uncertainty” (https://blogs.uned.es/fundacionuned/ciou2023/). The event was held at the UNED Headquarters in Madrid, from September 6 to 8, 2023.
The Symposium was titled: “A European model for the development of career management competencies.”
We understand that lifelong guidance entails the development and updating of career management skills (CMS). Based on the analysis of CMS proposals at an international level and the consultation with guidance professionals, the Erasmus+ Careers Around Me Project designs a CMS model that facilitates the construction of educational, training and work trajectories in different contexts and the effectiveness of guiding interventions. This model and the pilot actions carried out with university students were presented at this symposium.
