I arrived at USC in January 1984 from Madrid: UCM (1972), UNED (1974). Twelve years as PNN, in minutes condition “face-to-face” and “distance”. Two investigations arise from this: “The reality of the classroom seen by future teachers” and “Training needs of teachers” future theses.
The second half of the eighteites, already at USC, represents the impetus for the construction of training and professional development of teachers in a field of knowledge and research: thesis, management of thesis and theses, publications, and access to ownership, are some milestones. Consolidation, production and projection define the nineties: projects and theses; new lines of inquiry; increased publications; External projection, and creation of the Stellae Research Group.
The XXI begins with access to the Chair and continues along the path of teaching and research commitment, assumption of other challenges by the Stellae Research Group, participation in networks, etc. This short story would be left if I forgot the management: President of the Pedagogy Section (1994); Dean Commissioner of the Faculty of Education Sciences (1996) and Director of the Department of Didactics and School Organization (1997-2005). September 2015 marks a new milestone: retirement and appointment as Professor Emerita of USC
