We are pleased to report that the Book of Minutes of the EDIGA International Conference: Gender, Digital Environments and Adolescence that took place on July 13 and 14, 2023 at the Faculty of Educational Sciences (Campus Vida) at the University of Santiago de Compostela comes from being published.
The conference is part of the research project Digital Environments and Gender Identities in Adolescence (EDIGA) funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation (PID2019-108221RB-I00). They propose to analyze and understand the role that digital environments have in the process of constructing gender identities in adolescence in different sociocultural contexts (Spain, Mexico and Uruguay) (https://stellae.usc.es/ediga/proyecto/ ).
The Book of Minutes is coordinated by Ana Rodríguez-Groba, Uxía Regueira, Ángela González-Villa and Inés Ramos-Trasar; members of the Stellae Research Group and the EDIGA research project.
The work collects works, experiences and research, in different contexts, that give an account of the state of the art, concerns and future challenges for the educational field around the construction of gender in its relationship with the digital environments and platforms that we navigate in. contemporary society.
