We are pleased to announce the VII International Workshop on Discourse Analysis of Santiago de Compostela (IWoDA’25), themed “Language Learning in Digital Environments”, which will be held at the Faculty of Philology, University of Santiago de Compostela, on May 9–10, 2025. The workshop sessions will take place in person, and attendance is free of charge upon registration by 7 May 2025 via the QR code provided on the event poster, program, and registration tab. In addition to the invited talks and round tables (some in English and others in Spanish), on Friday, May 9th, from 4:00 to 6:30 PM, we will host a round table followed by a hands-on session to present two tools for learning and teaching English phonetics and pronunciation at the university level, as well as in secondary and primary education: e-SoundWay (English Pronunciation Sounds on the Way of St James, awarded a Teaching Innovation Prize by the USC Faculty of Philology, 2025) and e-ProFun (English Pronunciation is Fun). You will have the opportunity to try out and experiment with e-ProFun. We look forward to seeing you at IWoDA’25.
