Within the Digital Anomie and Risks and Internet Project, on Monday 27 February materials specifically designed for use by teachers of Secondary School were presented. Fernando Fraga-Varela, as a member of the Stellae Research Group, participates in the project and has been responsible for managing the Galician translation and to adapt the proposal to the context of Galicia.

The project is coordinated by the UNESCO Chair in Communication and Educational Values of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Two-phase project: first of data collection through 7 universities in 5 different countries. A second phase, based on the results obtained, of elaboration of free access materials aimed at students from 12 to 17 years old, to be used by educational centers and families. This proposal takes into account, in addition to the references obtained by data collection, the UNESCO recommendations on Media and Information Literacy (MIL) and the recommendations of the European Commission on Digital Competence (DigComp). To publicize the proposal, Juan Ignacio Martínez de Morentin, Arkaitz Lareki Arcos and Itxaro Etxague Goia from the UPV/EHU visited the proposal. In addition to presenting the proposal in schools that have collaborated with the project, a meeting was held with Esther Martínez Piñeiro, president of the Federation of Anpas Compostela on behalf of the Federation of Anpas Galegas.
