More than twenty researchers from the Secundari@ Digit@l project travelled to Santiago de Compostela on 22 April for the first face-to-face meeting in the framework of the project, which took place in the Aula Frei Sarmiento of the Faculty of Education Sciences. This meeting, which brought together principal investigators and members of the working team, was attended by representatives of the three Galician universities (UVigo, UDC and USC), as well as the University of Valencia and the University of La Laguna.

During the meeting, the progress achieved in studies I and II of the project was reviewed, setting dates for the completion of the final report of study I and outlining the first steps for study III, which will include the selection of schools for case studies. In addition, proposals for publications related to the first studies were discussed and participation in monographs on the subject was planned.

The commitment to the improvement of secondary education in the digital context was evident through this inaugural meeting, which marks a joint effort for a return to face-to-face and teamwork in research in the university context.
