Fernando Fraga-Varela of the Stellae Group, in collaboration with Arkaitz Lareki and Juan-Ignacio Martínez-de-Morentin of the UPV/EHU Research Group GIU20/053, has just published an article as a product of the research they are developing on " Adolescents and negligent social media use".

The article focuses on the need to explore perceptions about the negligent use of technology and the perception of gravity, looking for elements of relationship between both realities. The work published there had a sample of 2529 students from Spain, Italy and Greece. The tendency of students to participate in negligent actions that they perceive to be less serious and with less frequency in serious ones is evident, evidencing the need to advance all possible educational interventions in this area.

The work is available open in Technology in Society, a magazine indexed in JCR Q1, with a position 1 of 110 in the year 2022 in the category Social Sciences, Interdisciplinary and position 3 of 44 in the category Social Issues.
