Ana Rodríguez Guimeráns, predoctoral fellow and member of the Stellae Research Group, began her second international research stay on 16 September, this time in the neighbouring country. On this occasion, she has moved to the city of Porto to work under the guidance of Dr. Manuela Pires Sanches Ferreira, director of the Institute for Research and Innovation in Education (inED).

This stay will last for three months, ending next December. It is financed by the Ministry of Universities through the Short Stays programme for beneficiaries of the FPU programme, in this year's call for applications.

The aim of the stay is the development of the second instrument of his doctoral thesis: an interview to find out about the use of teaching materials that early childhood education teachers make in their classrooms, especially in those where there are students diagnosed with ASD. This group, whose main thematic line focuses on educational inclusion and teacher training for inclusion, is ideal for this task together with the consolidation of the theoretical framework. In addition, there is the opportunity to participate in the various European projects that are being developed within the framework of inED, as well as seminars and trainings on the key themes of the thesis.
