On June 20, 21 and 22, the IX Meeting of Young Researchers of Galicia took place in Santiago de Compostela, which brings together the doctoral students of the three Galician units with the purpose of articulating a space for dialogue, meeting and interdisciplinary learning.

In this meeting, Ángela González-Villa, FPU predoctoral researcher and Adriana Gewerc, both members of the Stellae Research Group, have received the award for the best communication in Social Sciences of the University System of Galicia with the work: The construction of adolescent subjectivity in the practices of exposure in social networks.

A communication based on Angela's doctoral thesis, directed by Adriana Gewerc, and framed within the doctoral program in Education of the University of Santiago de Compostela. The thesis seeks to understand the construction of adolescent subjectivity in the practices of exposure in social networks. The work presented was based on this research problem based on the analysis of some items of the questionnaire designed and applied within the EDIGA research project: Digital Environments and Gender Identities in Adolescence (PID2019-108221RB-I00); in which the Research Group is currently immersed.
