Emiliana Vegas, a senior education economist at the World Bank, presented the World Bank’s new approach to evaluating teacher policy worldwide, the System Assessment and Benchmarking for Education Results (SABER). Sergio Bitar, visiting senior fellow at the Inter-American Dialogue and former Minister of Education in Chile, provided comments.
