Federico Ferrero, member of the Stellae Research group for a few months, has a degree in Education Sciences, in Pychology and a PhD in Education Sciences from the National University of Córdoba (UNC), Argentina. He has integrated the team of the educational technology area of the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities (UNC) and, from there, he has participated in projects for institutional strengthening with digital technologies.

His doctoral thesis entitled "Learning of Informal logic and use of new technologies for the diagramming of arguments: A case study at the National University of Córdoba", was directed by Dr. Adriana Gewerc, co-directed by Dr. Diego Letzen and sponsored with a scholarship from CONICET (National Council for Scientific and Technical Research), Argentina (2012-2016).

He currently holds a postdoctoral fellowship (2017-2019) also granted by the CONICET and directed by Dr. Adriana Gewerc and Diego Letzen to investigate the learning of computer programming from the Sociocultural approach.
